Position: Plumbing Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing for residential and commercial clients, encompassing repairs, drain cleanings, leak repairs, piping installations, water heater installations, boiler maintenance, faucet installations, toilet repairs, and more.

• Execute outdoor and underground plumbing tasks with precision and expertise.

• Provide written work estimates and prepare accurate material lists and tool requirements.

• Conduct rough-in and fixture installations proficiently.

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of plumbing layouts, waste disposal systems, and water supply systems.

• Diagnose and repair defective drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, toilets, water supply line issues, and leaks.

• Install, repair, and maintain various water supply systems using PEX, copper, PVC, and other piping materials.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Experience with plumbing services and tools. Journeyman license is a plus.

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle background check.

• Proficiency in handling plumbing tools and equipment such as pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, and plungers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

• Physical fitness and strength to work in confined spaces and handle physically demanding tasks.

• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.

• Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and commitment to delivering quality service.

• Ability to work overtime if needed.
